By accessing or using CarbonScan.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
CarbonScan.ai provides GHG reporting software, training programmes, verification coordination and related sustainability services. Some features may be marked as coming soon and are not yet available.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Data & reports
You retain ownership of the data you submit. Verified figures displayed on dashboards represent independently verified results only; pledged figures are shown separately.
5. Liability
The platform is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, CarbonScan.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
